On the Way

   去瓦尔登湖的路上经过了一个很安静的小镇,家家户户挂着美国国旗,自家的院子都种着各式花花草草,打理得分外齐整。我们戏称,感觉是来到了美国的革命老区。这一家的院子里看上去格外清新,高高低低的紫色小花,两条似是不经意地置于其中的躺椅,却让过路的我们远远地望去,仿佛进入了一片薰衣草公园。。。


Railway to the Spring

     有一部电影,叫做《开往春天的地铁》,我们姑且把这幅图称之为“开往春天的铁路”吧。   Boston的Commuter Train意外地给我一种莫名的亲切感,让我一下想起了五年前的夏天,在那个真正的Cambridge,懵懂的我们乘着那相似的列车、独自探索伦敦的日子。。。


Walden Pond


Here it is, Walden Pond. Henry Thoreau, who is a graduate from Harvard by the way, lived near it for more than two years in mid 19th century and wrote the famous book "Walden". I'm trying to read it sometime in the future to see what Thoreau got after such a long time living alone and quietly to think about the truth of life...
