清蒸鲈鱼/清蒸司啤/Steamed Sea Bass
作为一个在鱼米之乡成长起来的孩子,一直很喜欢吃清蒸鱼。之前也尝试着自己蒸过,却似乎总也不得要领。今儿又用新买的“司啤鱼”实验了一番,似乎长进不少,顿悟蒸鱼的秘诀在于水沸而始蒸,五六分钟即可。晚间又一时兴起,想着查查“司啤鱼”究竟是何方神圣,这一查才知,所谓司啤,不过是广东人说“
Sea bass
”的粤语发音罢了,其实正是鲈鱼是也。
